Cheryl Cole has become the highest earning WAG, according to a report. The X Factor judge has eclipsed Victoria Beckham to become the top earning footballer’s wife.
Sources told the News of the World that Cheryl Cole, Girls Aloud singer, has earned almost £7million through lucrative sponsorship deals.
This has seen her take top place in the earnings table ahead of Victoria Beckham who reportedly made £6.75million over the past two years.
A source told the newspaper: “It’s the end of Posh Spice’s reign.
“Queen Victoria is on her way out. And there’s a new princess ready to take her crown.”
Cole has managed to increase her personal fortune after signing a string of TV and sponsorship deals.
The source claimed that Cheryl Cole is about to launch her own range of branded items and is set to increase her fortune.
They added: “There’s much more in the pipeline. She has the potential to be massive and leave other Wags – including Posh – behind.”
